Few things can draw a reader to a new book like a book trailer can. Each Friday I will endeavor to bring a couple to you—some new or recent, some teasers of upcoming books, and a few “classics”. Get the popcorn ready.

Lights…Camera…Action!

On Wednesday we got to enjoy the trailer that Sarah, Jesenia, and Alexis made for The Boy Problem.

Nice job, Emily!

I recently had the pleasure of meeting author Kate Messner at Monkey See, Monkey Do… bookstore. She is AWESOME and we had a nice time talking about books and teaching. I even got to show off some of my students’ Padlet posts.

Mrs. Messner also gave me a couple bookmarks (one for Emily) and signed my book.

It’s a great companion to Ryan’s and Selznick’s book,
